Dear organizers and participants of the 3rd International Congress of Terme Selce, It is my great pleasure to greet you on behalf of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, with its long tradition of health tourism, on the occasion of the 3rd International Congress of Terme Selce in Brussels. The theme you have chosen for this year’s edition of the Congress – “Corporate well-being: Quality of Life and Joy of Work” – is more than welcome if we take into account recent scientific research that links the promotion of healthy habits in the workplace with an increased quality of mental and physical health of employees, but also their productivity. In today’s fast-paced and often demanding business environment, employee health and well-being have become key factors that not only affect efficiency, but also the general atmosphere and morale within corporations. In this context, your congress represents a key platform for the exchange of knowledge, experiences and examples of best practices among experts, leaders and decision makers from Europe and the world. I believe that health is the basis of all success, and through dialogue and cooperation, at events like this, we have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a stronger and more aware global workforce that is capable of facing the challenges of the modern age.
